log kitchen interiorAn antique hand hewn log cabin has a unique, relaxing atmosphere like no other. The cozy look and feel that it gives you cannot be achieved with the new construction of today. A log cabin can be ideal as a guest house, a bed and breakfast, a log cabin home, a rustic room addition to your home, an artist or crafter's workshop, a vacation home, or a ranch bunkhouse, to name just a few. We've even used them for office complexes, retail outlets, lawyers' offices, and corporate retreats!

Check back often as we update our online inventory on a regular basis. If you are interested in a particular size or type of cabin, we can try to locate you one or custom build you one from old hand hewn logs. Please Contact Us for more information.

Daniel's Branch Saddlebag Log Cabin
(c. 1800-1810)

The saddle bag log home is the rarest
double pen log cabin to be found. It
consists of 2 log pens, one on each side
of a central chimney. The mass of
stone in the chimney effectively
heats both cabins, upstairs and down.
This house is a fine example of
an Appalachian Mountain home.
